1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ShaadiLuv Media website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ShaadiLuv Media provides performance marketing services including but not limited to:

• Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) campaign management
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Maps) campaign management
• Creative design and copywriting for advertising
• Landing page design and optimization
• Marketing strategy and consulting

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate business information and access to ad accounts
• Pay fees on time as per agreed terms
• Review and approve creatives within reasonable timeframes
• Not engage in misleading or illegal advertising practices

4. Payment Terms

• Service fees are payable 100% in advance before the start of each billing period
• Ad spend is separate and paid directly to advertising platforms
• GST (18%) is applicable over and above stated fees
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Card

5. Campaign Performance

While we strive for optimal results, ShaadiLuv Media does not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, or return on ad spend. Performance depends on multiple factors including market conditions, budget, creative quality, and business operations.

6. Intellectual Property

All creatives, strategies, and materials developed by ShaadiLuv Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use materials for their business.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with 15 days written notice
• Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable upon termination
• Active campaigns will be paused upon termination

8. Limitation of Liability

ShaadiLuv Media's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the most recent billing period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
